These terms apply to your use of Tessellator, a music app made by Rigonometry LLC ("Rigonometry," "we," or "us"). By using Tessellator, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Tessellator on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment and creative work.
You agree not to:
The music you make with Tessellator is yours. You own the recordings you create, and you're free to use them however you like, including in your own music, videos, and commercial projects. You don't need our permission, and you don't need to credit us, although we'd love it if you did.
Tessellator, including its name, design, presets, code, and visual style, belongs to Rigonometry LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms don't give you any rights to our name, logos, or trademarks.
Tessellator needs an internet connection to load. We may update, change, or stop offering the app or any of its features at any time, and we can't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
Tessellator is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rigonometry LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tessellator, or for any loss of recordings or data. Some places don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
If you downloaded Tessellator from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information Tessellator collects and how it's used.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above. If you keep using Tessellator after an update, that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
